Welcome to Small Group Fitness with Paula Henry

Where we offer Small Group Training sessions for individuals seeking personalized attention within a small group setting. 

Step 1

The initial step on your journey involves a simple one-on-one Strategy Session to discuss the most effective methods for integrating Paula Henry Fitness into your everyday routine. Appointment availability is limited, but you are welcome to call or text to schedule a session and please complete the questionnaire.

Step 2

Your plan for success begins with the right tools. Please complete our questionnaire so that we can learn more about you and determine what your requirements are in terms of wellness, fitness, and health. After you respond to a few questions, your unique vision will be preserved for you to realize!

Step 3

Your Custom Paula Henry Fitness Plan is set up during your Strategy Session. The next step is to see the calendar of scheduled opportunities to meet with me, within the first session we will have an assessment of flexibility, range of motion, and hands-on strengthening to get you started.

Senior Yoga Class

Our schedule and calendar are easy to use; you can find all the details on our website. We strive to offer flexibility and accommodate our client's busy schedules, so if you need a custom schedule, we will work with you to find a time that works.

Dance Class

If you're new to small group training or are wondering if it's the right fit for you, we encourage you to try it out. We offer a smaller class size for those new to the program, allowing you to learn slower and gain confidence in your abilities.

We design our classes to be inclusive and offer options for individuals with injuries or limitations. We provide modifications and adjustments to help you get the most out of your workout while keeping you safe and injury-free.
