Step 1
The initial step on your journey involves a simple one-on-one Strategy Session to discuss the most effective methods for integrating Paula Henry Fitness into your everyday routine. Appointment availability is limited, but you are welcome to call or text to schedule a session and please complete the questionnaire.
Step 2
Your plan for success begins with the right tools. Please complete our questionnaire so that we can learn more about you and determine what your requirements are in terms of wellness, fitness, and health. After you respond to a few questions, your unique vision will be preserved for you to realize!
Step 3
Your Custom Paula Henry Fitness Plan is set up during your Strategy Session. The next step is to see the calendar of scheduled opportunities to meet with me, within the first session we will have an assessment of flexibility, range of motion, and hands-on strengthening to get you started.
We tailor our sessions to fit your busy schedule, and we start with a consultation to assess your health, abilities, needs, and goals. We focus on providing a holistic approach to fitness, whether you're a complete beginner or a fitness enthusiast.
Our workouts are structured to include warm-up exercises, injury prevention and recovery techniques, and cardio fitness. Our guided circuit training sessions provide you with additional opportunities to take advantage of within the studio.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we provide flexibility when it comes to scheduling your training sessions. If you cannot use all your sessions, don't worry - we can extend your membership.
We offer an Introductory package of 8 beginner sessions for $500, so you can start your fitness journey without breaking the bank.
We also provide hybrid memberships, which include 1:1 sessions plus Small Group Training (SGT) sessions at special prices. Our duet membership allows you to share a session with a friend or family member, while our small group membership option is available for groups of no more than six people.
