COVID Protocol

Keeping Everyone Healthy


We are closely following MA state and industry guidelines regarding social distancing, capacity limits, hygiene protocol, and cleaning and disinfecting.


  • All clients are expected to be free of fever or any COVID symptoms and not had any contact with a person who tested positive. 


  • We expect that our clients have not traveled to high-risk areas.  


  • Please wait outside the office door and we will bring you to the treatment room after proper cleaning.


  • Masks must be worn upon entering the building.

  • Can I apply a drop-in fee if I enjoy the class. 
    Yes, we will apply drop-in fee into a membership within 24 hours after taking the class.
  • Can you help me (my child) prepare for the rigors of sports at the next level?
    You bet! I have had numerous clients who made the jump from High School to College athletics. My sport clients are special to me because they fall into a situation where they are working so hard already and hoping they are getting enough guidance from their coaches. While I believe coaches do their best for their athletes, I have seen too many kids go off to college to play and participate in organized sports under-prepared. The level of expectation at the collegiate level is so much higher than high school sports that it can lead to overtraining, injury, or burnout. By focusing on the ancillary work that is necessary to succeed in collegiate sports, you can be prepared to face those expectations head on!
  • What can I expect from a training session?
    This will entirely depend on what you need and what goals you have in mind! During the initial consultation I will get to know as much about you as possible, including the current state of your health and fitness, the goals you would like to achieve, the time you have available to train, and much more. From this information we will work together to develop a plan that will be best suited to where you are now and where you want to be.
  • What if I have limited time to work out?
    The vast majority of my clients are busy people! A benefit of 1-on-1 training is knowing that I will work with you to find the best solutions to fit into your busy schedule and get you the results you are looking for.
  • I have a hard time sticking to a training plan. Can you help?
    A great thing about personalized, 1-on-1 training is that I will be there with you every step of the way! Most people would never workout without some type of external source of accountability and that’s where I come in. I’m here to help you achieve your goals and develop the habits that will keep you on the right track.
