Step 1
The initial step on your journey involves a simple one-on-one Strategy Session to discuss the most effective methods for integrating Paula Henry Fitness into your everyday routine. Appointment availability is limited, but you are welcome to call or text to schedule a session and please complete the questionnaire.
Step 2
Your journey to success starts with the proper tools. We invite you to fill out our questionnaire to help us understand your needs in wellness, fitness, and health. Once you answer a series of questions, we will tailor a plan that aligns with your unique vision for you to achieve!
Step 3
Your Custom Paula Henry Fitness Plan is set up during your Strategy Session. The next step is to see the calendar of scheduled opportunities to meet with me, within the first session we will have an assessment of flexibility, range of motion, and hands-on strengthening to get you started.
