A focused, no-guesswork training environment where four to six men build real strength — with coaching that actually explains what your body is doing and why. Whether you’re starting from zero or training for a sport, every session is built around your body and your goals.
Step 1
Your Strategy Session
Your first step is a one-on-one Strategy Session with Paula. She’ll learn your history, assess what your body needs, and map out the right approach before you ever step into class. Call or text to schedule — spots are limited — and complete the questionnaire before you arrive.
Step 2
Complete Your Questionaire
Your plan for success begins with the right tools. Please complete our questionnaire so that we can learn more about you and determine what your requirements are in terms of wellness, fitness, and health. After you respond to a few questions, your unique vision will be preserved for you to realize!
Step 3
Your First Session
Your Custom Paula Henry Fitness plan is finalized during your Strategy Session. You’ll then join the class schedule that fits your week. Your first session includes a hands-on assessment of flexibility, range of motion, and foundational strength — so Paula knows exactly where to start building.

What to Expect in Class
Classes run one hour. The first 15 minutes are a structured warm-up, followed by strength training. Cardio is incorporated between strength rounds — or you’re welcome to come in early or stay after if you want more work.

Groups are kept to four to six men so Paula can coach each person individually. Most men who join are complete beginners — no gym history, no trainer experience. That’s not a problem. That’s the starting point Paula works from best.

Who This Is For
If your back hurts, your hips feel locked up, or you’ve been told “that’s just part of getting older” — Paula has a different answer. She’s a body mechanic first. Strength training is how she builds the foundation that makes everything else better.
Men also join with specific performance goals:
Golf, skiing, cycling, or running preparation
Sport-specific conditioning and injury prevention
Pain-free functional movement
Healthy aging and long-term strength
