You’ll have access to a personal calendar online to map out your weekly strategy and ensure that you can take what you’ve learned and apply it to your everyday movements and actions.

Classes teach basic strength training exercises that are fundamental to healthy patterns of movement, remove potential overuse injuries or muscle impingements that stop or derail all the best intentions, whether you're a beginner or recovering from an injury this is the class for you.
