Welcome to Healthy Living Training with Paula Henry

Where we offer Healthy Living Training designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. We teach you how to understand your body, communicate with it, and make informed decisions that support your overall health and well-being.

Step 1

The first step in your journey is a straightforward one-on-one Strategy Session where we talk about the best ways for you to start incorporating Paula Henry Fitness into your daily life. There is limited appointment available online, however feel free to call or text to set up a time.

Step 2

Your plan for success begins with the right tools. Please complete our questionnaire so that we can learn more about you and determine what your requirements are in terms of wellness, fitness, and health. After you respond to a few questions, your unique vision will be preserved for you to realize!

Step 3

Your Custom Paula Henry Fitness Plan is set up during your Strategy Session. The next step is to see the calendar of scheduled opportunities to meet with me, within the first session we will have an assessment of flexibility, range of motion, and hands-on strengthening to get you started.


Our Healthy Living Training program provides the knowledge and tools you need to live a healthy lifestyle. We cover various topics, including how much water to drink, how to manage lifestyle stress, how your body uses food when weight training and cardiovascularly, and how to manage your heart rate when doing cardio.

Our experienced trainer, Paula Henry, will take you on a deep dive into understanding your body's numbers, including your body composition, heart rate, and other vital indicators.

By understanding your body's unique needs and responses, you can make informed decisions about your diet, exercise, and lifestyle, ensuring optimal health and wellness.
